Reflection Two
Another downtown Austin reflection/abstraction. This one is an 18X16 gallery wrap canvas.
Train in Rain
A rainy day shot in the heart of Texas. A 24X16 gallery wrap canvas.
Island Sunrise
Island Sunrise is another of the new treatment pieces. Again Ivan Hentschel has come up with the perfect wood and color for the frame treatments. This time it’s white ash dipped in ferrous sulfate to turn it near black. The sea gull has plenty of room to fly.
Storm
Storm is a new concept. The image is from South Padre Island, Texas and is a gallery wrap with a twist. The twist is the frame treatments made by my friend Ivan Hentschel. These pieces are made of mesquite and hand oiled to get the fine rich color to complement the piece. It gives us the finished look of the frame without trapping the image on the canvas; the image is free to flow off the edges.
Justice 1845
Number five in the Jack C. Hays series represents the out come of the image titled “Chase”.
